pretty sure it says most sigged, maybe you need glasses jake?
Should have bought a 4.0L if you were concerned about power. The weaker the engine, the less you gain from mods anyway.
A tuner or chip reprograms the factory ECU to make better power, generally at the expense of higher octane fuel. If you have an automatic transmission it should also improve shifting.

Damn, you are right. Sometimes I read to fast. Either way I am probably right, lol.
Search for programmers and you will find all the info you need.

i mainly got it because i wanted a truck, period. this opportunity fell in my lap, so i took it. i do not plan on selling/trading it in. this thing had low mileage when i got it 4-5 months and is very clean, runs great. so only option im sticking with is improving.
EDIT: lancerrevo nickname was made like 6-8 years ago haha. i use to be/still sorta, and lancer evolution fan. i dont feel like coming up with a new name and all, so i stick with this.
