Sure. But first what motor and year? Yes, you can get a tuner, underdrive pulleys, cooler thermostat, and forced induction if your willing to go that route.

Dont listen to Smakes.

Get a tuner and pulleys. They are the best thing for your buck.

Should have bought a 4.0L if you were concerned about power. The weaker the engine, the less you gain from mods anyway.
A tuner or chip reprograms the factory ECU to make better power, generally at the expense of higher octane fuel. If you have an automatic transmission it should also improve shifting.

I am pretty sure the programmer can fix your speedometer issue as well.

The BEST thing you can do to re-gain power from bigger tires is re-gear the axles.

i mainly got it because i wanted a truck, period. this opportunity fell in my lap, so i took it. i do not plan on selling/trading it in. this thing had low mileage when i got it 4-5 months and is very clean, runs great. so only option im sticking with is improving.

EDIT: lancerrevo nickname was made like 6-8 years ago haha. i use to be/still sorta, and lancer evolution fan. i dont feel like coming up with a new name and all, so i stick with this.
