What do I all need for a CB?

Alrite, I think im going to buy the smallest CB radio at radioshack, its between that one or the small cobra at wal-mart. I forgot what brand the radioshack cb is but it looks better haha. then , I think im gonna buy a magnetic antenna from radioshack which cost 35 bucks. Do you think it would be a decent setup? I know i dont have much info but if your familiar with anything here it would be helpfull. also, where do you all run ur cable from the antenna to the cb? is there a way to get inside the cab without going through a window?
Thanks
* I only need the CB for basically car to car, or around a couple miles of range.

the cheap radios you are looking at are decent little radios for close radious, offroading or car to car real close, but you wont get anything long range because of lack of power, but if its all you need then it will do-yea i had cheapies in my truck to, got aggrivated when i couldnt listen to anything going on with the truckers because i didnt have the power to pick them up
Anyways look behind your seat, pass or driver side, from under your truck would probably easiest to look, but there should be a big rubber grommet-its a drain plug-down there somewhere that goes right into the truck, perfect place to running any and all wires into the truck
also make sure you have your antenna tuned to your cb-local cb shop should do it for only couple dollars or buy an SWR meter and do it yourself, if you dont tune the antenna to the cb(or as many people say you are tuning the antenna to the car because the truck grounds the cb) because you will get better performance from your setup and if you dont you may run the risk of damaging your setup, although be small setup you may be alright-but better to tune it
