Whirring sound/Vibration after water pump radiator replacement

1999 Manual 4x4 3.0
I had a coolant leak so I decided to go ahead and replace the water pump, upper and lower radiator hoses, radiator, and thermostat. Figured it was good to just do it all while I had everything out. The water pump was a huge PITA since I had to remove the power steering and AC unit to get to a couple bolts on the pump but eventually got everything on. Filled it with coolant and bled out all air bubbles, idle sounds perfect. Drove around the block and when going through the neighborhood at low speeds nothing unusual. But when I got past 20mph I noticed a whirring sound, and mild vibration I could feel with my feet. It almost sounds like I'm in high RPMs but my RPMs are right where they should be. Cant get anything to happen when I'm parked, even when I rev the engine. My gut is telling me maybe its a alignment issue on the belt? Maybe I should have replaced the idler and tensioner pullies? But I feel like revving the engine would show some vibrations if that was the case.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated!
