The weatherstrip on the doors just needs to be pushed out towards the door more. There's 3M tape you can put up behind the weatherstrip to give a better seal.

Hello, I'm having the same problem with my drivers side door also. Very loud wind noise. I have the super cab. Could you elaborate on that 3m tape fix? Thanks!

Is the weatherstripping flat and worn? Maybe you should replace it.

Interesting, I'll check that latch, I assume you mean on the small door?
If the weatherstripping is worn, where do you get a replacement, at a dealership? Is it hard to put on?
I did notice this gap by my window. Anyone ever see this happen? Its like something shrunk.
I was going to put some black silicone in there to fill the gap. Could this be the cause of the air leak?

Clean the weatherstrip with silicone spay on a paper towel.

If you can see where the door rubs on the seal replace it.
