Ok here is the funny but strange thing. When I turn the headlights on the wipers and washer fluid also come on. If I turn the headlights on before starting the truck everything is fine. Any idea of what or where to start to look for the problem.

 

Multi function switch. The headlights run through this, and it (obviously) also controls the washers/wipers.

EDIT: Not saying that it is for sure, without a doubt, the multifunction switch, but this is a good place to start.
