Icon4 88' 2.9L choking/flooding its self....help!

2.9L v6. Started with an electrical short/draining battery. Starts with cables, idles fine. Once throttle is held for about 1-2 min. Motor starts acting like its dumping fuel and flooding its self. Truck will run at idle for as long as you let it, once you hold it around 2-3K on the tach for over a min it dumps fuel and dies. Any help, or ideas on what the problem might be.

I do not know if electrical short or whatever is part of the problem, the short/draining the battery started a week ago, now today the dumping of fuel.

Unburnt fuel/water condensation selling like fuel out of tailpipe.

Truck ran like a champ until last week. :( making me not a happy camper.
