2006 Ranger - Low Beams not working, High/Parking/Flash to Pass work

Have a 2006 Ranger with 78K on it. Went to turn on my low beams the other day and both lamps did not turn on. The parking lights work, along with the high beams and flash to pass on the multifunction switch.

I want to replace both lamps, but having both low beams blow out doesn't seem common. Thought it was fuses so I checked both #3 and #4 fuses and they are not blown.

I am wondering if other people have had this happen - was going to check headlamp switch, but could it also be the multifunction switch as well? How hard is it to replace a multifunction switch?
