Ok here's the deal, I have a 2001 edge with a 3.0 automatic and 2wd, I also have a 99 parts truck with a 3.0 5 speed with 4wd. I want to combine the trucks. I want to make the edge a 4wd so I will need the dash harness, engine compartment harness, and transfercase harness because of the 4wd. I will have to use all the electronics from the 99 so everything will work and I will have to convert to a 5 speed because of the ecm...does this sound right? Anybody have wiring diagrams for a 99 4wd or a 2001 2wd? The 01 has power doors and the 99 doesn't but I want to keep them, will they work with the different year harness? I will also be needing some parts. The clutch master is broken from the wreck and the trans adapter or short tailshaft is cracked. I will probably need a front ds axle shaft with the cv joints becuase its probably bent. Anything else you can think of for the conversion?
