wiring up trans and water temp guages

wiring up trans and water temp guages

how do you wire up the transmission temp guage? what all is involved? same question for the water temp guage. thanks for the help.

cant help you with trans, but water is simple... just unscrew the sender with the brown plug, and then screw in the new sender, add wireing and your done...

wont taking off the stock sender trigger the CEL? and will a bamachips x1 tuner clear the code if it does trigger it?

no theres two senders, one is for the computer ( it has two wires) the one your removing goes directily to the gauge in your dash ( one wire)...

ha yea, for me i was going nuts because theres a how to for it, but none of the photos work lol...

also once you see the directions, it makes soo much more sense because its quite simple...

I got mine at summit racing for 34$ (transmission temp gauge)

i acturally just got the auto meter nv white face/green luminescent for water and trans for 60 each.

thats not bad for those, theyre like 100 or something at summmit...

i got lucky with mine and won an auction so i got my water guage for 12 shipped, just spent 45 on a vacuum gauge today though....


any one got pics of the line they used to tape into their vacuum gauge?
