2002 Explorer console question

Will a 2002 explorer console fit in a 2000 ranger? thanks guys

not easily.....anything is possible......2001 is the last year they will "bolt in"...

Oh ok because there is a few on ebay that are only like $30, and Ive called the yards around me and they keep tellin me they dont have any.

its out of this kinda explorer



it has nothing in common with a ranger. the older style or any explorer SPORT or 2006 and DOWN Sport Trac has the same dash as a ranger, thus why the console matches up. this on WONT at all... see here is its dash...

either D or nick was building a custom console to make fit parts of a newer exploder center console.

Best part of the deal is that the newer exploders, sport tracs and sports, is that the interior grey is the same shade as the newer ranger grey. They hadtwo different greys older is a light grey, newer is a dark grey. just some info.

'02 Explorer = NO FIT
'02 Explorer Sport Trac = PERFECT FIT
'02 Explorer Sport = PERFECT FIT

metric stuff....metric sockets. a couple torx screw drivers....i think t15 and t20?? something like that. plastic screw driver to pry stuff off. miscelanious tools.
