Air leaking in around kick panel

This has been happening for a short time now, I will be driving in the cold and my girlfriend says her feet are cold with the heater on. She felt around the floorboard and discovered the cold air is leaking in from the kick panel location. I'd like to fix this since it's so cold out (single digits/ -8 wind chill).

Open the door and check the rubber boot that covers the wires going from the cab to the door.

Whenever I get time I'm going to check this out and find out where it's coming from. Tomorrow isn't looking too good since we're supposed to get 8 inches of snow. I just wanted to know if anyone else was having this problem or point me in a good direction.

Well when you find the leak you can probably fix it pretty easy whether it is some type of adhesive or what not.
