back seats mod..

Does Anyone Know About A Conversion Or Something For My Back Seats...im Haveing A Baby Girl In Like Two Months And I Was Told By A Cop That I Cant Have The Car Seat In The Fold Down Seat. I Was Thinking About A Small Back Seat From Another Small Pick Up??? I Dont Know Yet But If Anyone Has Any Ideas, Please Let Me Know... I Already Thought About Getting Another Vehicle, But Thats Not Any Time Soon....

PM Gumby....he is a member here....he has built a custom seat bracket that mounts to the factory seat bolts that holds a baby seat.....

hey Emilio turn off the caps lock...

the reason everything is capital first letters is cause you are writing with all caps

well i spoke to him and he doesnt want to sell the thing and i was willing to buy the plans but he said he just made it out of scratch.... but im still working on it, the ice will brake sooner or later..........

Come on you don't need plans for that. Just go take some measurements and fab it up.

It appears to be two pieces of .5in OD tubing with 2 slight bends in it. To that some perpendicular supports were welded and a place to mount the seat. Finally, two bolt-tabs were welded facing to one direction and drilled to accomidate the seat bolts. If you have the tools, you can do it!

yeah i guess im going to have to do that, but i more ales wanted to have an idea about the measurements....
