IMHO tis would be a trial and error situation for later model seat.
Get the seat you want and see if the floor is the same shape, probably not so the next step would be to see if the existing Sliders/Frame would attach to your new seats.
After that it time to make some new brackets and start fab’g up mounts.

Another choice - they made some nice seat in the Gen 1- Ranger/Bronco II era so look around and maybe you can come up with some good frames and get them covered.

Just measured my existing ’03 - 60/40 Seat Pan Mounting Holes, the same for the Buckets in that time frame.

Side to Side: 11 3/16” as close as an eye ball can get.

Back to Front: 13” again the eye ball.

Take some time and disassemble the passenger’s Seat or see if you can measure up the Mounting Holes in the “SEat Pan” and see if you can switch just the Seat not the Frames.

The "Seat Pan" - is the part that the Cushions and Upholstery attaches to and on my ‘03s the Slider/Frame can be unbolted from.

Just ran across your post again.
if you go to the JY for seats consider two passenger seats from 60/40 setups, the seat pans under the seats are the same as the driver’s side seats.
