i have a 00 ranger and in the center of the dash/radio bezzel i have two ciggarte lighters and i went to plug someting into one the other day and it popped right out of the bezzel and i dont know if its broke or just popped out and can be clipped back in any ideas on how to fix this?

 

the cigarette lighter socket (the one closest to the steering wheel) seems to be a common thing to break on these trucks. You most likely broke the lip that held it in, what i did to fix it was get some epoxy and put it around the lighter socket behind the bezel. I now have removed that and build a level control for my sub amp in its place.

Here is a pic of it. If you have a sub then this would be a cool mod to do.
