pull out radio bezel, pull off those panels where your knees hit, pop off cover(that's fun), unplug headlite and dimmer, pull out cluster & unplug about 3 of the electrical plugs on the back, pull off clear part(torx screws), install new overlays, re assemble, DONE!

yea, you gotta pull your cluster to replace the bilbs. Its easy after the first time. All I can say, is that the ranger is a whole hell of alot easier than a '94 ford escort!!!
I have LEDs in mine, because after overlay installation, I didn't want to look at that yellow odometer. I put in white 194 inverted LEDs. Looks nice, but sometmes kinda hard to see when the overlays are turned on.
