Dashboard Removal

hello everyone, I'm new here. This spring i'm going to have my interior redone in tweed and I was wondering if I should remove my dash on my own or buy an new one to have it covered. I've never removed my dash so I don't really know how to do it so i'm leaning towards buying a new one. Does anyone know where I can buy a dash?

I don't know where to buy a new one, but I know you can remove yours with just a few bolts. There's a bunch of stuff you'll have to pull out, but the dash itself is held in with only 6 or 7 bolts.

i think its more like 13 or maybe its 14 bolts but that not the big deal its the unpluging that hard it just takes alot of time . I did it on my 97 and it must have taken me all day. it helps to have a buddy there to hold why you unplg
