Did It!!!

Well I did it. I found a center Console for my Ranger ans did the seat mod.. I found it for $50 or Craigslist. What do you think? I do have one problem...After do it and moving the Air bag switch, my airbag light on the dash now flashers and turns on and off. What the heck it that all about?

I'm not sure what the airbag light is doing, I'm sure someone will chime in on that, but it looks killer. Good work, that's an awesome mod.

what did you do with the on off passenger air bag switch? that has to be hooked up or the air bag light will flash

count the flashes there should be two sequences of numbers. like a 4-7 or a 4-6 something like that.

It is still hooked up. I just tucked it up under the dash. The Orange light on the switch does not even come on anymore. Could I have messed it up somehow?

just check the module first, could be a loose wire or plug. either way it needs to be fixed because i dont think it will allow the passenger bag to work correctly.

I just went to lunch and I checked the flashes.... it IS the the 2-7. So that saves me alot of trouble. I have to get her inspected this month and I think they fail ya here in Texas for that.

Nice man, that looks killer. I wanna do it myself, but I have a 5 spd. I was wondering has anyone done that with a manual tranny? I am thinkin that the top two containers could be removed and the shifter come out there. Any thoughts anyone??
