I recently went to the junkyard and pulled two door inserts from an 01 ranger. I have a 99 and they looked about right. I came to find out that i was wrong, the ones on my door have some sort of foam and ones i pulled are just a sleeve. Do you guys have any ideas on what I should do to fit them, Thank you.

could always recover your original ones in some black vinyl.

 

Thats true but Id end up screwing that up. Im not too good at that stuff, which is why i bought these

 

recovering isn't hard. i've done several sets.

 

What did you do about the foam?

 

i've only covered the ones that are vinyl coated foam on a plastic base. i've just done over the old vinyl with a new piece, heated and stretched over.
