Door Panels /trim and seats

hey everyone, I am new here and just posted in the "Introduce Yourself" forum. I have a couple of questions regarding my ranger. I just purchased a 1993 Ford Ranger XLT and there are a couple of issues I would like to fix. First, the door panels are very lose.. Whenever I go to shut the door, you can feel it pull the panel away from the door. I have tried to search for panels but I am not sure that I am searching correctly because I can't find anything.. What year door panels will fit it? Also, where should I look.. What else can I do to fix this issue?

Also, My driver side seat has a VERY HARD time moving and catching when I am adjusting the seat. What is the easiest way to get under the seat and try to fix this.. When I finally get the seat to move, it doesn't want to catch and it feels as though it is going to move whenever I stop.. I appreciate all your help.

I believe any door panel from 93 to 2010 will fit, but I am not sure. I will let someone else chime in on that. Also you can look for them at any junkyard around you for them. And if that doesn't work you can always redneck it and throw some sheet metal screws in to hold it on.

As for the seat sounds like you may need a new track. My aunts 93 seat was doing that, gave her the old seats out of my truck.

What seats will fit? It really gets annoying when I stop and I feel my left cheek moving while my right cheek remains in place..

I believe the seats are a direct swap in from 93-2010 as well. Also the 98-04 Explorer seats are a direct swap in on the extended cabs as well. I love my explorer seats with the explorer full length center console.
