Door Pannels???

My door pannels are worn out and need freshined up but idk how to get the part off of the pannel that hold the carpet at the bottom of the door and the fabric at the top. it looks like you could drill out the holders then pop rivit it back together is that what i should do? or am i wrong on how they come apart?

pics maybe we can get something figured out, your talking about the carpet/fabric at the bottom of the door panel, is there anyway to see if there are clips on the back of the door panel.

it looks like its plastic things holding it and if i drilled them out it would come out but i would have to pop rivit it back together. i will get pics sometime next week.

Guys he's talking about the fabric on the door panels. Ill get a pic up in a sec.. but idk how you are SUPPOSED to remove them. I know the plastic pieces on the back your talking about and i do agree they would prob pop off if you drill out the plastic rivets. Idk though what a good way to reattach would be...

IDK how you plan on recovering them but if your interested in just changing color, not completley recovering it then mask it off an hit it with a few coats of duplicolor fabric dye, thats what i did to mine; they were grey

i drilled mine out and used crazy glue and small screws to secure them back. they havent moved yet, but i think two part epoxy would work better.
