Drivers side rug soaked

Hey guys,

So I noticed the other day when i was vac-ing my truck that my drivers side rug was soaked. Water has to be getting in somewhere, but I'm confused as to where it's getting in. I thought it was from the small hole i drilled in the firewall when i installed my subwoofer, but i checked it today after driving in the rain and it seemed to be dry around the hole. Any ideas? Has this happened to you guys at all?

Happens to me when I had my GPS module on the roof of the truck. I just went in the seal with it since it was easiest. Always had water on the floor after a rain. I didn't care too much since I have the plastic floor, but when I moved the module to on top of the dad I haven't had water since. So just that little wire had enough of a gap to leak a little. Check your door seals.

Door seals huh? I didn't think of that so I'll have to check them out. I feel like I would have noticed that though. But maybe not.

It could be that the seal is good, but the glue holding it to the body popped off and is letting it seep in

Also check the seal on your windshield they have a tendency to leak also.

X2.
