Explorer Lighted Sun Visors

Hey guys, I DID search and found no complete answer. Will 95'+ Ford Explorer lighted sun visors replace the ones in my 94' XL Supercab? If they will fit right in, how hard are they to wire for the lights? Thanks for the help guys!

I installed some in my 2000, there were two different types: one used the mounting screws as a ground (^^like stated above^^), the others actually had a ground wire.. other than that, just run a constant power source (the dome light *should* have this wire)

Wiring in explorer sunvisors is fairly easy, there is only on wire thats the hot wire. The ground comes from the spring attachment that touches the body. The only thing I have found is that the ranger mounts a little different than the explorer. To get a good ground I just stripped some wire and ran it around the spring so as to get it to touch the body to get a good ground. If you need I can take pics. I have done this twice, it's really a pretty easy mod. If anyone needs any help on this mod just pm me.
