From what I've seen, Explorer seats will work in my 95 Ranger.
This is a 04 Explorer. Will that year fit?
Will the 2nd/back row seats work also in place of the front?
Can the seats be flip flopped on the tracks?

 

You're going to need a good amount of Fab work in order to get the 2004 seats into your truck. The seat frame rails are completely different and the heights are also different. Not saying that it cannot be done, however I'd look for a 96 to 2001 Explorer for a direct swap
