What's the best way to make a mold? I have thought of that, I just don't know the best way to go about it. Thanks

Cover the area with aluminum foil and lay down a light coat of resin. Then add some glass mat and more resin. Once dry remove....This will give you a basic mold to work from. The other option is to get some foam and try your hand at carving and sanding it to match the panel.

I am going to just glass over the top of my panels. No need to make a mold, just build up the areas where you want to make it custom and start flinging resin and mat at it.

Also, sand, sand and o yeah, sand some more.
