anything can be "made to work"....it's the amout of messing around do you want to.
Suggestions....
measure your ranger dashwidth, and measure the S-dime width. What gauges are you going with. there's a HUGE possibility that you will not be able to make the s-dime gauges work with your truck. OBD2electronic speedometer vs. an actual speedo cable comes to my mind. Curvature of the front window....i think the dime is alot of curved, which means a gap to deal with.
I think it's too much effin' around.
Why not just hit up a Junkyard and rip parts off a old ranger....and just swap.
