I drive at night 60% of the time and I'm so use to it. At day it's sick no sunglasses. U can get it done with 40% it's specialty windshield film so the darkness levels are different.

 

my friend just had his done 50% and I couldn't even tell it had been done.

 

i loved mine. I had a hard time backing up at night but after awhile you get used to it. IMO its a most!

 

50% is nothing because the factory green windows meter 75 and they are clear. I will admit my 35% on the windshield is pretty freaking black even with clear side windows now. When i had 5% up front on both sides and the still present 5% over factory the front windshield looked like it was painted glossy black. There was no seeing me at all anyway possible. I did this for a reason and it was legal

 

Dave, how the hell is that legal in MA? AFAIK, MA doesn't allow anything below the AS1 line. Some states allow it, but I was sure MA didn't.

 

PM'd. i love it i will always tint my windshields from now on. Little pricey and no one will do it. Just offer them more $ and they'll do anything

My truck has drivers window and slider open and 5% everyplace. Rears meter 2.33% Windshield is 35%
Red ranger has stock rear tint and slider open with 35% on the sides

 

I wouldn't mind getting my windshield tinted, but I don't think I'd go down to 35. I'd probably go with 50 just because my other windows are so dark, and there are so many roads around here that aren't lit very well at all.

I was known for the one with the darkest tint around. LOL 5% everyplace and 35% on the windshield there was no seeing me or what i'm doing (no illegal stuff ever)

 

i have a tint strip on my windshield...i know in washington you are allowed to have it come down like 6inches...ill get a picture of it up later if you'd like...but it looks exactly the same as justin's...

personally i like it. it kinda darkens the whole cab up if you're tinted the rest of the way around.

Haha that's how alot of people know me too. The guy that tinted my windows showed me a picture of his buddy's old Blazer... The back windows had triple 5%, the front windows had double 5%, and the windshield had 5%. It looked like someone spray painted the windows. I couldn't imagine trying to drive that thing at night.
