to use dual antennas you need a cophased antenna coax, Could be purchased at
Copper.com or at most Real truck stops.

cophasing just creats a more equal radiation pattern

cophased patter,
dont let someone fool you that its directional, You need more equipment and more spacing for Directional phasing.

oh i was just showing you the radiation pattern you will get with one vs two, your car becomes the directing element for your antenna.

Pretty much yes, If your looking to talk around but if your driving in a convoy or off-roading on a trail its not so bad, You gain rejection of other signals such as jerk ***** trying to mess with you

Yeah some people tend to have there heads far up there rectum. I was driving the 14 just said hi and they decided to instantly talk garbage just for saying hi as I was traveling up north. Some CB'ers not as many as there used to be take the game to serious that if you dont have a big expensive radio pushing a kilowatt of power you dont deserve to be on the radio.

Then a few weeks back you talk to some that help you with traffic, Some just dont have any respect.

The trash is another reason I have started collecting my ham radios, I have a 2meter mobile 1 hand held and two 70cm hand held. I wont ditch cb but I want to get my license. I do enjoy listening to them all. I find it to be more fun than the net.

Yeah, i enjoyed sitting up in the loft with him, and listening to him talk to people from really far away. And HAM, since you ahve to have a lisence, its more regulated, so not as much crap.
