HELP! center console

k so i have a 2004 edge regular cab. I am trying to remove the center console (the armrest one in that middle seat that folds back). I have taken off the two bolts holding the arm of the console (on which the console rotates) off the middle seat. Now on the driver side, it seems this arm is welded to the frame of the seat, but there has to be some way to remove it. anybody had experiences with this???

Yeah I just did mine the other day. I assume your talking about taking the arm off the seat part. If you look under the seat theres 2 bolts holding the left side onto the drivers seat. You might have to pry and undo the clips that hold the fabric on to the frame, but they're there I promise.
