how do i remove cupholders on floor?

how do i remove cupholders on floor?
i have searched and cant find an answer... i need to remove the cup holders that are on the floor so i can do some mods to them.. any help will be great

there should be a black rubber piece and 4 screws....just like see if you can remove the bottom part of the holders..

ok so the rubber peices that your soda (cup) sets on come up...

got it.. pulled the rings up and there was just two turn anchers ...

yea thats it...i forgot they changed the way they mount on the 04s..i got screw you got anchers..

ya there should be two ancors looks like huge funky screws turn them and it slides up and out towards the back of the truck
