I want to get rid of my 60/40 in my 2004 ranger
The only thing that is going to be a direct bolt in plug in, will be from another Ranger.
Your passenger seat is already the same seat as the Ranger bucket seat. 2004 to 2009, seats from a 2010 or 2011 should bolt in but have side airbags in them.
Some people have used 95 to 01 Explorer seats, the seat sits higher and are a little longer, so if your tall and have a regular cab, not a good fit, also they bolt in differently so some modification will be needed.
The Console, some people have used the full length console out of a 95 to 01 Explorer, any Ranger console from I think 96 on up will fit.

Explorer Sport and Sport Trac seats are bolt in for the extended cab Ranger, although the Sport Trac seats have smaller bolt holes that need to be enlarged. That gives you a few more options should you decide to swap seats.
You can also convert your driver's seat to a bucket seat, it's been done a thousand times so a Google search should yield a thread with pictures.
