Yes....black carpet, suede on door panels and paint arm rests on door panels. New seats...no seat covers and hide the wires under the dash.

shift **** was sent with my hurst they sent me out the wrong one so i sent it back and got the right one. I haven't noticed any seats i like. I don't wanna do buckets and a explorer consule don't like the way the consule looks with a shifter through it. Ideas? And I already ran all the wires under the dash one of my things I wanted to get done this winter.

All of the above… LEDs Dash Lighting, LED HVAC Lighting, LED Interior Lighting, OHC, if Ex-Cab maybe the interior Light Swap, go back to the OEM Coloring for the bezel and other part that are too shiny, switch to leather seats and door panels.
Tear out the complete interior, clean up the interior, paint, put in some Fat Mat Sound Proofing for the floor and up the rear and as much of the side that you can get to, new carpet and seats.
It is hard to say do this and do that without knowing what you like or how much money you have to spend.
Seat wise, if you are thinking just a newer low milage 60/40 Bench, there are all kinds of them not only on this site but ebay is loaded with them; the newer ones are more money. You might even have a good fitting set of leather covers added for a different look.
Get the Silver Radio Bezel Dash parts they are different and IMHO look better than shiny black.

Personally, get some nice gauges too. I'd actually axe those gay *** overlays before anything else. They're horrid. Never again will I do those.

Go 01-03 Explorer Sport and Sport Trac cluster. White faced, orange needled, italic dials, and I find the lighting being more brilliant than the black face cluster if left stock(green).

And something to go along your bad-*** theme you've got going on, would you consider Mustang buckets? Add a shorty ranger or expo console....something to compliment both your light grey interior and whatever color the stang bucket's would be. It'd be BAMF! I think something too would be to run a 00+ Shifter bezel too. It has a bump up in front of the shifter and I sorta find it to be more 'finished' that the bumpless one you've got now.

Putting a colored emblem on the airbag helps a ton too IMO. 01+ rangers have a colored emblem on the bag. Maybe somehow glue one to yours? idk.

Thanks! Definitely has a nice look to it. They match the interior perfectly. I think they look like they could have came in the truck stock.

you can never go wrong with an LED dome light. Cheap and easy. Two $5 LED 921/912 bulbs made a huge difference

Oh and 01-03 airbag if you can find one for on the cheap
