interior tonneau cover?

so in some of the interior shots, ive seen somthing that appears to be some sort of a pull out tonneau cover behind the seats in some extended cabs.
is this something im actually seeing? or what?
yes, i did a search already and found nothing.
and also, if this is an actual part, can i install it in my 4door extended cab?
or is it just for the "2door" extended cabs?
it'd be nice to have, just so everyone at the highschool parkinglot cant see all my crap in the back of my truck.

thanks, randy

well that one didnt really help..
anyone think that if i got the cover
and put some kind of hooks for it to stay on a sort of level subwoofer enclosure (whole width of rear cab) i could make it work?

just kinda trying to find a way for cheap insurance for the future lol

This is a picture of how the stock one is secured, you need that whole door panel. You could probably rig something up tho.

You could always make something yourself instead of using the Ford cargo cover.

Yep, sure can. I like how the stock one retracts tho. Thats a lot of pieces to get from the JY tho.

Cant find a pat number but from a ford dealer it is gonna be $153.02 plus 2 of the catch deals for $38.92
They call it a "Luggage cover"
best bet is find a 1998 or older ford ranger 2 door with on in it

mine came stock in the truck......i don't think any of the newer 4 door extended cabs came with them stock...i think only the 2 door extended cabs have them....

there is a couple 2 door extended cabs that has them at the junk yard i go to, but no 4 doors......if you want the parts out of the 2 door extended cab i can get them for you....

the cover I have has brackets on the end and the plastic back wall/corner doesn't seem strong enough to hold it long term, any ideas on a better/sturdier way to mount it?
