I am trying to find leather replacement upholstery for my 2003 2door Extended cab high back bucket seats (rear are jump seats). Katzkin only has the 60/40 pattern. My buckets are NOT 60/40. They are two separate high back buckets. If my pattern does not exist, can I use the pattern for a different year? Will they fit my seats?

You *might* be able to get away with using ones for a Ford Explorer Sport Trac around 2003 or so, but I can't guarantee fitment to the Ranger seat frame. I'll put a link below to an Ebay seller that seems to have what you're looking for. Be wary though, seat covers are not cheap. I just replaced the driver's bottom on my Explorer seat, and it was $125 by itself. It was a good quality cover though, so I guess it was worth it.
Thank you. If it is not too much to ask, could you possibly measure your 06 drivers seat? The top/front surfaces only of the seat base and high back. From edge to edge. Don’t lap over the edges. Just measure top surfaces. On the back, measure top to bottom then side to side at the bottom, the shoulders and head rest portion. Much appreciated.
As I said....It's the same interior as yours. No need to measure.
The seats are not the same bud. The seat foam and the headrests are shaped differently than the 04+ seats. I can guarantee that the headrests won't fit right.

It's an integrated head rest. 1998+ Rangers did not come with traditional low back seats. They either had integrated "molded" head rests, or adjustable head rests (towards the end of production).
Anyways, 2003 and 2004+ seats shown below. They're not the same, and the covers won't fit the same.
