Level II lumbar support ? seat repair ?

I have a 03 Level II And it seams to me that the lumbat support is always on
there is always what feels like a bubble in my back, I can turn the **** and it will get stiffer but even when its turned all the way soft it still feels like a hump or bumd in the back very uncomfortable I am going to take a part the seat to investigate can anyone guide me in the disassembling the seat? I will be pulling it out of the truck to do the repairs might try to this on Sunday if I get a little insight first
' Thanks Stuart

pretty easy to get the cover loose enough to investigate. recline the seat as far forward as it will go, then using a straight screwdriver, slide it in the end of the plastic j-strips and pop them apart. from there, there should be velcro holding the cover down. unhook the velcro easy so you don't pull the velcro strip off the foam. roll the cover up about half way. you should be able to see what is going on from the back side. pm me if you need some more info/help
