It vibrates a lot. On rough roads and with the factory speakers. I have an 8" sub and aftermarket speakers for the doors and back coming, so I need to fix this before it really becomes annoying. Anyone else have this issue? I know it is an easy fix, but just asking.

Vibrates? I've never had that problem. Are you sure it is firmly screwd into the roof? Thats the only thing I can think of.

something is not right with the installation since it screws directly into the roof and should not vibrate

Oh, it is screwed in tight. I actually think it is the main bulb rattling. Wierd, but maybe. It sounds like it. It is a spingy sound if that makes since. I am going to take it out anyway and put some foam under the whole housing and see what that does.

The reflector is just meted into the backing plate. Sometimes it comes apart. A little hot glue my fix that.

If the bulb is vibrating try squeezing the holder together. Or swap in LEDS and hot glue them in place.
