Mustang Column Gauge Pod Installation Progress Updated DONE

Well i purchased the mustang gauge pod that fits over the column, it is going to take some work but I believe it will work, other people from RPS have them in their trucks already so I know it will work. I will post the progress of this as it goes on, I plan on having this in before I make the trip to Indiana the weekend before July 4th.

I am not going to bend or heat it unless I have too, I have a few ideas in place and they should work. I will keep you all updated.

yeah it shouldnt take tooo much work, rangers and mustang steering wheels and columns are a pretty close match.. I like it, it would make a NICE home for an aftermarket tach OR a REAL oil pressure gauge

Yes you could do that as well, people have done it before.

As far as the pod goes, if it had mounting spots on the bottom in the factory location it would mount right up without the factory upper housing there.

All of the holes line up, this will only work on a manual trans ranger unless you wanna gut a big hole in the side of it. Like I said in the previous post if there were mounting holes in the bottom of it like the factory one has for the screws then it would mount right up.

Well I got it mounted on there and I love it, have to wire it up this weekend and should be good to go.
I bought another upper column shroud from the dealer which was 17 dollars and proceeded to cut it up.
