Icon5 mystery leak on extended cab

Almost every time there is a hard rain, I end up with a puddle in my floorboard behind the front seats, mostly on the passenger side. Pretty sure its not the windshield as it was replaced last year and the leak has not gone away. Wouldn't think it is the 3rd brake lite or rear window seal, never had either of them out and the headliner is never been wet. Kind of think it may be coming from the back door seals. Build date on the truck the best I can tell was about 10-05, but I didn't buy it until 8-06. I've heard about lot rot and wonder since the truck only had 7 miles on it when I bought it if this could have something to do with a bad seal. Just thinking someone else has run into this problem before....thanks for any help.

I have the same problem with my single cab 99, it leaks from the back window, runs under the plastics, puddles on the floorboards, makes a mess, i put some silicon on it, im gunna see how well it works when the next storm hits.

Im sorry if you have carpet....

No carpet, usually I have a towel handy after a heavy rain so hopefully it isn't too much getting under the rubber floor.

Jason,

I have a 00 extd cab 4 door. I have a leak from the small back window seal on the driver side. I had replaced this window due to locking the keys in my truck. I haven't taken the time to reseal it but you might check those windows if you have them

The small windows on my back doors don't open, but I still think it has something to with the back doors not sealing tight when they shut. How would you reseal the window?

Got around to washing my truck this afternoon. Before I started I checked out my third brake light and it was full of moisture. Im going to get a new gasket for it and see if that doesn't fix the leak. After I took the light out I did notice there was no moisture inside the cab. At least the headliner hasn't gotten wet...
