Seat swapping?

I'm getting my hands on a pair of bucket seats from a 2001 Ford Escape that are in great shape and I wanted to swap them out with the 60/40 bench in my 2003 Ranger. Will there be any major difficulties?
Most of my research says that the bolts should line up, as the 60 side has 6. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

i doubt they will be bolt in. the only ones i've seen that are really bolt in are explorers and that is for ext cab only. haven't seen anything that are bolt in for reg cabs (98+). 97 and older is a different story. best thing you can do is measure the stock mounting points and the mounting points on the escape. both ranger seats should only have 4 bolts that mount the seats to the floor.

The Escape seats have tall bases compared with the Explorer/Ranger seats. If you can do it, it would be if you can get them off the base and put them on your tracks.

someone on here has already done it but it is NOT bolt on. Welding required.

Your seat tracks unbolt, if the Escape's do then it will be easier.

Take a look at the Escape Seats first...
