What year range Radio Bezels fit my 2003 ?

I was under the assumption that at leat the 99-2003 were the same.

I bought a Bezel from EVIL-Bay yesterday and last night I got a Seller Cancelation. At first I thought is might be a money transfer or the part really wasn’t avaialble and I got scammed but later I found out the guy didn’t know if the Bezel would fit my 2003 Ranger; funny.

Any comments or year-ranges on fitment of the Radio Bezels would be appreciated.

any 95-whenever they did the air bag light will work. i have a newer style one (one without the levers to close the vents) in my 95.

 

Yea, any 95- up will physically fit, even explorers, mountaineers & mazdas.

Most expo's will have the rear wiper insert/button that you'll need to fill in or modify into a 12v port, but they will all fit.... I've got about a dozen bezels from various rangers, expos, etc. & they all fit in my 96.

 

I got a notice from the E-Bay Guy that he can’t sell it to me because I asked him if he was sure it would fit an ’03.
He canceled the sale and I am left high and dry, then he accused me of attempting to alter the price and shipping costs on him.
I guess I am an A-Hole…

So I am now looking for a Radio Bezel with only the Cig Lighter in it for my 2003.

I do have one. half of the rubber has been pealed already. the only other problem with it is part of the lip the cig lighter sits on is missing. you could fix it pretty easy with some epoxy etc. pm me if you are interested. has just the cig lighter, nothing else.

 

If scrambler doesn't bite on it, I might be interested myself.... never have enough spare bezels to mod.

The idea behind buying one of these Bezels is to elimiinate the extra work of mod’g the Bezel.

Buggman, if you want to buy it and IF drppdyllwrngr want to sell it to you, then you guys work it out.

Yes, it was silver; and it only has a cig. lighter and 12v battery port. it is no longer silver though, i painted it black.

the paint job wasnt that bad - but to make it look good; i still need to sand it down real good and apply a nice light coat.

i'm lazy, and i like the feel of factory design (i've never been a fan of painting - no matter how professional) so i just bought a new one.

I can sell it to ya for cheap if your looking for one. Mine is going on craigslist in a few days.

 

Actually I know this guy that WOULD have been interested, IF it was still Silver.

Point of reference, if you have Interior Trim Pieces and they are Silver in color, it is far better to sell them and buy another part in black; $$$ !
The Silver Pieces, especially 2WD Pieces are RARE !

cig lighter doesnt work, i dont know if its the lighter itself or the port or not.

i had no idea the silver trim was rare. they are on ebay for pretty cheap.

i absolutley hated it. i just installed cammo seat covers and cleaned up the interior real good. the silver trim piece was the only thing i hated.

the sob would even reflect sunlight

i'll take pics of before and after when i get the new part by friday

 

cigarette lighter and everything on it works. I had a honda or some other cars cig. lighter on it which is why it wasnt working before.

The paint job looks better than the factory one I just got.
it looks good and everything works. no reason anyone in need of one won't want it.


Still for sale if anyone wants it, or its probably going to get thrown away soon
