i just bought an explorer ohc from a junk yard but coulnt find the temp sensors. does antone know where in the explorer the temp sensors are?

 

yea under the bumper on the drivers side.....kinda near the radiator but not as far..its held by a clip..just yank the sucker off and snip the wires..i found 2 today..there are 2 types..one that has like a nipple looking thing and one that has a flat rounded top to it..wire colors are usually blue w/ yellow strip..ive also seen them red with yellow stripe...

 

its more behind the headlight/grill
