I can't believe they would not fix that. I'd never step foot in that dealership again, and I would make that very clear to the manager of the dealership. I'd consider that unacceptable on a truck at the end of it's warranty let alone a new one. If it was mine I'd make such a horrible fuss they'd be much better off giving me free parts than giving me a reason to hang around the showroom mouthing off. Don't take that ****!

that's pretty Fudged that they wont touch that on an `07. You must have backed down pretty quickly.

My rubberized radio bezel is peeling, but not my door handles ( `02)

When you take it to the dealer, make sure you're not wearing ANY jewelry. Not even a wedding band. And make sure you fingernails are clipped. Guaranteed they are gonna look for any reason not to replace them, so don't give them one.

k I think I'm going tomorrow pretty early... gonna be fun, I'm gonna try and get the 08 versions... heres what I would say " well since the 07 handles have been like this what if you (dealer) ordered the 08 handles they seem to be built much better, and thats probably why Ford changed them"... lol

I just noticed mine are starting to do that. I don't notice it too much though, the entire interior is black, the windows are tinted enough that it didn't do that... but yeah good luck, be firm with them... it is after all still under warranty.

My handles were doing that to and when I took it to the dealer the guy liked my truck so much that he said he would warranty both sides.

Mines a 97 and they never looked that bad. I would be sure to have that fixed under warranty, that should not happen in such a short period of time.
