Painting vs. Wrapping

Hey guys,

Installing a center console this weekend (hopefully) but it's the wrong color...which would be better, painting the console to match, or wrapping with vinyl? I'm leaning more towards painting, just because I think it would be much easier, but don't want to deal with scratches...however, if I get a scratch, it would be a lot easier to touch up with paint instead of having to wrap the entire thing again. What are your thoughts??

paint it with SEM paint... then get SEM clearcoat, and let the paint and clearcoat CURE 100%.. atleast a couple of days to let the paint fully harden.. if you take your time and be patient, you will benefit from it later and it wont scratch very easily

it would be pretty hard to scratch through a wrap unless your talking thin like vinyl decal type wrap
