A-Pillar Grab Handles

I have an '01 XLT Off-Road Ranger, with tan interior/trim. I'm wanting to install the A-pillar grab handles on both sides. I guess I can try a junk yard or parts store to find what I need. What I need to know is exactly what is needed? I'm assuming I need a new A-pillar to accept the handle and the handle itself. What else do I need? Is there a brace that sits behind the pillar to attach the handle? Does anyone know if my truck may have one already, even though it doesn't have the handle? Lastly, so I know how to order the parts/pieces, what year/model of Ranger do I tell them to look it up? I cerntainly can't tell them I need X, Y and Z for my truck if it never came with those. Thanks in advance for the help.

Your going to need this:

to install rivnuts:

I do not have any picture of the new brackets but you can see the rusted one I had, and had to go the the ford dealer for new ones, apiller grab brackets, not sure the number,,

^I had to drill holes in my current trim because the trim I to replace it was out of an extented cab and did not fit well..
