Power windows/locks mod?

Ok so I'm wondering if I got the stuff from a junked ranger, how difficult would it be to switch to power window and locks? And has anyone ever done it on here? Also what would you pay for the stuff

if u got all the wiring harness' shouldn't be hard at all

I heard it was a pain in the ***, but its because you have to run all the wiring and change the harnesses and all that fun stuff. Possible, but its up to you if its worth it
