Hey, I tried to open my back (suicide door) on my 1999 Ford Ranger XLT 4.0. I felt something give. I thought it was just the cables attached to the door handle. However those are attached, I tried pulling them, but doesn't release the door. Unlikely I can get the door panel off since I can't open the door..... How SCREWED am I? anyone dealt with this???

You probably will need to remove lower seat belt bolt to get panel out of the way
