Ok I've got the seatbelt off... how do I get the panel off? It doesn't really seem to want to move in any direction. Should I pull out? Up? Push down? I don't want to break anything!

Pull straight out towards you. Pull like you've never pulled before. I found it helpful to start in the top corner and "peel" it outwards while I was pulling. In addition, I had one of those forked clippy pry-bar things that really helped.

yea you just have to pull those pins out of the door so pull as hard as you can... i did the opposite as raymond and started at the bottom where the seatbelt bolts in... getting it back in is the real tough part..

Thanks for the help guys! The plug-remover tool was very helpful, I also found it easier to start at the bottom. They actually went back into the door pretty easily (compared to getting them out!).
