reg cab or ext cab? this has been covered hundreds of times, and it's been covered very well. look around and you can probably find the answer you are looking for.

I have a std cab EDGE, had a 60/40 setup replaced with buckets from an ext cab.

The tracks unbolt from the seat pans on both sets of seats and bolted up.
I could not believe how easy it was, I was ready to cut up frames, do some welding and mod everything in the cab to make them fit but just time.

Take the backs off first, then the track setups.
Be careful taking the Belt setup off the tracks they are loaded but I had no problems.
The 60% frame w/arm rest just came off with the rest but had to take the arm rest off first, no cutting needed.
Not sure what else is important but the backs of the 60/40 and the buckets are the same and if you have a std cab it will be better to use your tracks on the replacement seats, keeps the wiring and seat belt mechanism the same.

Luck, take your time.

Oh ya, one more thing… the passenger part of the 60/40 is the same as a std bucket seat, funny huh !
If your passenger side seat is in good shape and you can find another passenger’s side seat to match, the seat track from the drivers side, along with all of the driver’s side levers will bolt on to it and you got a set of bucket seats. (Again the Center Console and the extended seat portion are not part of the Driver’s Side Track).
Another One thing, a lot of the Driver’s Side Buckets have Lumbar support but the Passenger’s Side do not so you won’t have it…
And a third, one thing… if you want to change the seat covers, there is a guy on this site called terryg, I think, and he sells seat covers that look and feel like OEM, any color, almost, blk/gray. blk red, blk/blu, and not too bad of a price.
