The seats will fit it is the tracks that would be in question, they may be welded on to the seats in your 2000, they were bolted on in earlier years, so easier to work with.
So you may need to cut off the 2000 tracks and drill holes in them to bolt the '89 seats to them
The tracks bolt to the floor and the hole positions in the floor changed over the years, and you could re-drill the floor pan, but usually easier to use original tracks and bolt new seats to them
Unless you want to add power and/or heated seats, then you need to change the tracks most likely
