Ok guys and gals I need some help here. I have started a list of mods that I would love to do to my truck. I need some photos if anyone has pics of their interiors that is all one solid color so please post them if you have them. I was thinking of doing a solid black interior, carpet, trim etc. with some chrome accents (like door handles, diamond plate floormats, etc). I won't change the interior until after it's paid off for in 11 months. I would hate for the wife to have a stroke. I just like to plan these things well in advance.

What are your thoughts for a daily driver like that?

 

Zabeard dyed and painted his interior black. I don't know if he has black flooring but you can PM him and find out.

 

Black carpet, yes....on beard's truck. The 02+ Fx4 level 2's have a pretty much all black interior....espicially the ones with the leather option.

 

if you want an all black interior, make sure you have tinted windows. the black color heats up your interior like a mother...

 

mine stock with all black except for the phycadelic seats, but thats true about getting tint, out here in the desert my truck gets really really hot. oh did i mention i have black paint too? yah it looks good but its hot.

 

Yep those are a must and they have been done since I bought the truck.

 

Yours did heat up pretty good but it was oh so good lookin.

Eat ya hearts out boys!! The leather is F-I-N-E .... FINE!! And it really helps to have no carpeting. That is the best thing I think they did with the Rangers. I want it in my stang! All Black Interior FTW!!!

 

OMG! That's what I want to do. Forget the chrome accents inside (I think). The non carpet on the floor is a plus in my book. Just everyday dirt can kill the carpet. The diamond plate floormats looked killer though.

 

Its so easy to keep clean too. Just use a lil dirt buster or hand duster, sweep it out, wipe it down. You can get it really shiny looking if you use an interior detailer but makes it slippy! LOL
