i got an 03 ranger and been looking for hubs non are specific to the year does anyone know which cars have the same steering column

 

I just got an 03 myself did you end up finding out which would fit I was looking at a short hub adapter by Kyostar on Amazon that says it fits multiple different ford's like focus Fiesta and F series trucks but nothing on ranger
